Returns and Exchange Policy
When you receive your shipment from WMMB, please examine it carefully.
Should you receive a shipment containing defective or damaged merchandise
please contact our office to arrange for replacement and, if necessary,
to arrange for a UPS call tag to be issued so the merchandise can be
returned to WMMB.
Bulk orders (e.g., more than 10 of any selection) are sold "as
is" after 10 days of delivery. No returns or exchanges of bulk
orders will be honored after 10 days of delivery. Merchandise sold
at a reduced price is sold "as is" and no returns or exchanges
will be honored.
Within 60 days of delivery of a shipment you may return all other
merchandise in original condition and original packaging for exchange
or for a refund of the merchandise price (you may request a UPS call
tag if the return is a result of our error). No returns or exchanges
will be accepted more than 60 days after delivery.
Please include a copy of the Sales Order form with your return and
note the reason for the return. If you cannot locate your Sales Order
form please include a note with the following:
- Your name
- The name the order was placed under (e.g., the name of your dairy
promotions group)
- Your mailing address
- Your daytime telephone number
- Your e-mail address
- Approximate date of order
- Reason for return or exchange
- Re-pack your return in the original carton, if available, and send
it, shipping prepaid, to:

For your protection against loss during shipping we suggest you ship
by UPS or some other insured method. WMMB is not responsible for returned
packages that are damaged or lost during shipping.
All refunds will be made in the same form as the original payment,
except cash purchases, which will be refunded by check.
