Professional party-planners agree; dessert parties
are the biggest holiday entertaining trend this season.
With that in mind, the Wisconsin Milk Marketing Board's
(WMMB's) holiday promotion, "How to Host a Holiday Dessert
Exchange," gives novice party-planners advice about
how to plan this season's most memorable holiday soirée.
The promotion features a recipe booklet with dessert recipes
for pies, cakes, candies and drinks. It also provides consumers with theme
suggestions and tips for how to throw a delicious holiday dessert party. All of
the recipes incorporate REAL dairy products.
