Fuel
Up To Play is an in-school
program targeting grades
4-10 developed in partnership
between Wisconsin Dairy
Council, National Dairy
Council and the National
Football League to
tackle sedentary lifestyles
and poor nutrition.
Fuel Up
To Play is
designed
to engage
and empower
youth to
get 60 minutes
of physical
activity
each day
and "Fuel
Up" with
healthy foods
including
low-fat and
fat-free
dairy, whole
grains, and
fruits and
vegetables.
Fuel Up
To Play will
provide youth
with the
tools and
resources
needed to
take an active
role in improving
their personal
health and
school environment,
and to help
youth develop
a lifetime
of healthy
habits.

Grade
Listening to an age-appropriate story book, students will experience
a day on the farm and discover the importance of foods
made from milk to build strong
bones and teeth. Ask for a school
visit.

This interactive

highlights the
impact of agriculture
in Wisconsin
and compliments
the 4th grade
Wisconsin social
studies unit.
