GRASSLAND ADDS NEW BRAND TO AWARD-WINNING BUTTER

Grassland Dairy Products, Inc. has created a new line of butter inspired by its World- and U.S. Championship-winning Unsalted Wüthrich Butter. Wüthrich 83% European Style Butter is available in an unsalted version for foodservice and salted and unsalted versions for retail. The Wüthrich 83% European Style Butter’s high plasticity gives greater lamination and puff for baking, while also possessing a higher melting and smoke point for sautéing. Wüthrich Clarified Butter provides consistent cooking results, a quality that is of prime importance to culinary professionals. All the Wuthrich products are made in the same Grassland tradition with more than 100 years of butter-making experience in Greenwood, Wis.
